Make sure you download the right version. If you have Mac, get the Mac version, if you have PC, get the PC version. Just open it once it downloads and open the app icon. If it won’t let you open, just open as administrator.
I have a little problem after ch20 does not want to go further I updated the game but still does not want further than ch20 is there any solution thanks ..
H! The issue is with not being to download chapter 20 is still not fixed. It can't read property build of the files. The symbols that specify the files meant for mac and pc do not appear beside the files as they usually do. I'm really no expert but my idea is that the error is caused by not specifying the "property build" of the files. I just hope it is fixed with the next update/chapter so I can continue playing this amazing game! Thank you for everything you do:)

Oh, that sucks if you're still having problems. Usually when I have a problem similar to that I'll uninstall the app I have a problem with then reinstall it. But, I wouldn't recommend that here unless you really have to. When I did that for this story app I lost all my saved data. Clearing cache's might help. I hope you get help soon if you haven't yet
Hey, how does updating for Android work? I've only ever downloaded stuff from Itch IO for PC, where updating and transferring saves is a lot more straightforward. But since this is meant to be a continuation of a story on a mobile app, I downloaded the Android version instead.
I have the game downloaded on my Android too. After every new chapter you'll need to download again. Do not uninstall your current download. I learned from experience, you will lose your saved data doing so. Come back to this screen, download again, install again and everything should be updated and saved files should be there

Honestly one of the best stories I've ever read, and an even better book3 for the ITW series. The team is doing the lords work tbh, and it's amazing and I'm so grateful. I was so sad that the series was cancelled, but this is better than any book 3 I could imagine. It's written beautifully, I'm so invested in the characters, and the plot, and the returning characters all are so distinctive and true to the original 2 books. Thank you so much to the team!! It Lives Within is the fan-made third installment for the It Lives series, which can be found in the Choices app by Pixelberry. To play the first two games, download the app and play It Lives in the Woods followed by It Lives Beneath! Once you finish, you can come back and restart It Lives Within having played the first couple of books.
I love the It Lives stories so much, and I've been hoping for something like this for a long time. I'm so glad this project exists. I just wanted to say thank you for making this, it's really a dream come true. :D
Hello ! Can u tell me why when I installed this new update I lost all my previous progress in the game ?? 😔😔 the game when back to the first episode and I have to start all over again , everything that I saved on there are lost . I'm shocked .
I had really big expectations for the game. But I really didn't like it. The writing was not very fluent and interesting. The dialogs between the characters were way too long and unnecessary. The love interests were not interesting at all. Lincoln is a man type of man. Rude, covered with tattoos, broken inside, daddy issues. So classic, such a big cliché. Abel on the contrary, the wise and caring one, a family man. The bringing back Noah thingy was so unnecessary and didn't contribute to the story. If there is a story. No chapters are adding something to the other one. It's so superficial. There is seemingly nothing going on, but the crew is always after something. Sometimes I feel like It's just a wattpad story. I didn't want to be cruel or upset the writers. These are all my honest reviews, I'm sorry.
Note: I don't really care the readers opinions tho as IT IS NORMAL FOR OTHER PEOPLE NOT TO LIKE WHAT YOU LIKE. So might as well continue screaming with your burned ass in replies.
I love Pixelberry's books this one is good and were left on a cliff hanger not knowing when chapter 12 comes out I've been waiting for it we are Pixelberry's fans I agree we need chapter 12 though
Tbh: You have the right to not like it. I disagree about the whole I don't like the Love interests because their cliches.
DO you know how many LIs in choices and other apps are cliches? Sometimes it takes different types of writing to cover up how much a Cliche most characters can be. What I'm saying is? Hate the characters but don't be naive and hate them because their cliches when many LIs are cliches in themselves.
I feel you didn't you really read that much of the story give a decent hate review on it.

Then them bringing back old stuff makes it pretty that this is a sequel to both book 1 & 2. You can't do a sequel without having the past characters return even Noah.

The customization options for the MC are awesome, and I'm soooo glad we get to romance Jocelyn (with TWO different romance arcs, no less!). I love the call backs to some of the old characters, and how there are cool new characters if the old characters are dead. The music is amazing, the art is amazing, the writing is amazing, everything is just top-tier. Honestly this game puts half of the Choices library to shame. The HIGHEST of praise for the developer(s) of this game, they are simply amazing. I can't wait to keep playing!

Ok I love this, the way you guys improved the first mc and Connor's relationship (just the most forgotten and wasted Ro from that game, so much so that I don't even remember if he had an arc of his own or was forgotten bc he didn't even had a valid enought reason to actually get into that mess *if he did it was so shallow that he was almost never seen throught it all so, meh~*) The relationship itself felt sudden/rushed compared to the other, more developed Ro's there, but here there's signs of their affection everywhere, much like one would expect from an already established relationship, instead of setting a new one up or just making them useless extras, wich is something that I don't see explored often and I love how he's actually involved instead of being a 3rd party watching from the outside, after all what's at stake in that?
I was plesandly surprised by Shadow (in my case) Noah and Mc1 too, I mean they were always sweet, but that was never enought in other games for me to want to turn into their "cupid" before, but those two just fit so well that I can't believe they aren't ~canon~and I feel like I'm getting something I never thought I wanted but so badly needed, bc they have it all betrayal, history, love, and smidget of distrust and a live for the drama of it.
The way the Mc can finally have personality and be acknowledged by it is amazing, but what I am most glad abt (aside from getting my favorite choices game back) is the fact that I can finally play without worring for the damn diamonds and keys and start playing a sequence the way it ended up because choices didn't like to load stuff from previous games.
Can't wait to see what you guys have planned for Mc from the second game, much love for this project 😍😍
I'm very excited about the release and would like to thank everyone involved with the project so, so much! It is such a joy to experience some It Lives again.

We're not sure atm, it's still on Hiatus until further into the year of 2022.
